RAINBOW FRUIT ROLL-UPS

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups fruit (berries, peaches, mangoes, kiwi, etc.)

1/4 cup dried fruit

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place fresh and dried fruit into a small saucepan and heat until the juices are released and the fruit is softened.

2. Place fruit in blender and blend until smooth.

3. Spread evenly over a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Bake at the lowest oven temperature (170 degrees F) for about 4 hours, or until dry but still flexible.

5. Cut into desired shapes.

6. Roll up!
