VERY TASTY PUNCH FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL

SPARKLING CIDER PUNCH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Thinly sliced peach
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup simple syrup
  • 1 bottle of any flavored non-alcoholic sparkling cider or juice

NOTE: Make simple syrup by boiling 2 cups sugar and 2 cups water until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely. In a pitcher or punch bowl, combine ice, peach, raspberries, blueberries, lemon juice and simple syrup. Slowly pour in sparkling cider or other sparkling non-alcoholic juice.
