PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL

Apply small amount of massage oil to feet. With firm pressure, use thumbs to trace between the long bones on the top of your feet, from your ankles to your toes. Squeeze the fleshy area between each toe, then squeeze the tips of each toe. Finish by using your thumbs to massage your soles in small, circular motions.
