    Check in begins at 11:00 AM at Westside Family Life Center. When you arrive at church you will be required to check your child in before you leave. Make sure that all medication is separate from baggage and labeled. A lunch of hotdogs, chips, snack cakes will be available for campers after they are all checked in. Campers will return back to Westside at 1:00 PM June 22, 2018. Please make arrangements for you child to be picked up.

    I give approval for my child to attend the WFLC church camp, to participate in all activities which will include paintball being brought to camp, and relieve WFLC Church, Bill's Extreme Paintball & Tactical Laser Tag, and all its affiliated staff from any and all liability for sickness, accidents, or injuries while attending or being transported to/from the camp facilities. In the event of an emergency and I cannot be contacted, I give my consent to the Camp Director and the Camp Nurse to authorize medical help on site or at an appropriate medical facility. I give permission to the staff to use pictures / video of my child for the purpose of promoting the camp experience.

    The nurse will not give medication in a manner different than indicated on the medicine container or prescription container. ALL medicine MUST be sent in its original container and checked in with the camp nurse at check-in only.
  • Camp Rules
    Please read the following rules, as you will be held to them while at camp.
  • 1.
    Every person is required to follow the camp rules.
  • 2.
    No person is permitted to leave camp without permission from the camp director.
  • 3.
    The use of drugs, tobacco, or alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
  • 4.
    All sickness or injury must be reported to the camp nurse or camp director.
  • 5.
    Swimming Rules: Campers with long hair are required to keep hair “pulled back” while swimming. One piece swimsuits preferred for girls. A two-piece suit will require a colored T-Shirt cover-up. Boys wear a T-Shirt to the pool.
  • 6.
    Modesty in dress shall prevail at all times. This is camp, you need play clothes for activities. Please remember that our objective is to teach Christian character which includes modesty at ALL times. The appropriateness of clothing is decided by the counselors, before leaving the dorm. If deemed inappropriate, you will be asked to change. T-shirts and finger tip length shorts are appropriate. No shirts with inappropriate wording, no cut-offs, or spaghetti strap/strapless shirts of any kind please. If in doubt—leave it at home!!! (Sleepwear is for the dorm, only!)

    No cell phones, ipods or MP3 players, hand held video games, fireworks, magazines including comic books. A landline phone is available for emergencies.

    No horseplay or PDA at any time.

    Due to the camp location. Visitors are to be pre-approved with camp directors. Special food arrangements have to be prearranged, so this information is needed ahead of time.

    Dorms are under supervision of counselors. Campers can be moved to alternate locations for disruption after lights out.
  • 11.
    Do not send money with camper, and please write campers name on everything you send. Any snack food brought by camper needs to be checked in with counselor.
  • 12.
    Camp personnel reserves the right to dismiss and exclude from camp ANYONE who does not obey the camp rules.
  • I have read and agree to the camp rules, and understand that if I disobey these rules I can be sent home at any time.

  • Paintball Information

    We will be playing paintball as a camp activity on Wednesday June 20th, 2018. If you have concerns please contact the office at 417-469-3360 who will get a message to Youth Pastor Jon White. If you would rather your child not participate in this event, please present a handwritten note at check-in.
