    As a parent.guardian, I understand that theAdventurer club is active and includes many opportunities for service, adventure, fun and learning. I will support the program by:
    1. Encourage my Adventurer to take an active part in all club meeting and functions.
    2. Attend events in support of my adventure.
    3. Assist Club leaders by serving as a helper when needed.
    4. Not hold any individual club staff member liable in the event of an accidental injury.
    5.Giving my permission for Thea bone name adventurer to attend Adventurer activities.
    6. Giving my permission for the above named Adventurer to have their photo taken or to be video recorded and to have their image or video used in the club communication and/or promotional content.
