Our 133 Meeting that is happening on Tuesday, 16 May is an important meeting for our members to attend as we require a higher quorum than normal as we are voting on changes to the constitution.

If you are unable to attend please ensure that you complete a proxy form (attached below) and return by Monday, 15 May at 6:30 pm.

We will meet at 6 pm for a bring-and-share supper and the meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. Bring finger food to share and also some juice.

Church members will have received all the necessary documents via email.

We will be meeting on Zoom - but those on Zoom will not be able to vote.

• Did I feel in an application form after this meeting?
