Finding Light When Anxiety Strikes, Guiding Your Kids Through Worry

Many parents today are noticing an increase in anxiety in their children and are asking an important question: “How can I help my child when worry feels overwhelming?” We invite you to join us for a 3 week series on Wednesday nights in the Bridgebuilders classroom. The series is designed to support and equip parents as they guide their kids through anxiety with wisdom, compassion, and hope. Our presenter is Marisol Biser, a licensed counselor at the Christian Psychological Center and there will be time each night for questions and discussion. This series is for everyone that has a child in their life: parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, mentors, everyone!. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, insights, and faith-centered encouragement to help parents respond thoughtfully and lovingly when anxiety shows up in their children’s lives.
