  • 2023 GIFT FUND AWARD APPLICATION

    APPLICATIONS ARE FOR ONE YEAR ONLY. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE AWARDS, APPLICANTS MUST RE-APPLY EACH YEAR.

  • Eligibility Requirements:

    • One year of active membership in the Progressive Community Church. 

     

    • Graduating High School Senior or

     

    • Prior Gift Fund recipient who can demonstrate full-time enrollment in a community college or a four-year college or university by Fall quarter/semester of 2023 (Note: Proof of enrollment must be provided prior to disbursement of the gift).

     

    • Active participation in one of the following church ministries within the past 24 months: Media Ministry; Women's Ministry; Children's Church; Health Awareness Ministry; Men's Ministry; Kings Kidz; Nursery Ministry; S.A.L.T. (Evangelism) Ministry; Youth or Sanctuary Choir; Youth Ministry; Security Ministry; Mighty Men; AWANA; Usher Board; Welcome Committee; Spanish Ministry

     

    • Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.0
