LEGACY OF GRACE- PHASE 3

In July of 2025, we broke ground on Phase 3 of our building, and we anticipate completion toward the end of 2026. Join us in praising the Lord and continuing to pray as we move forward with this project. For more information please contact Bradley Kirkland (bkirkland@gcchsv.org).

MEN'S AND WOMEN'S GROUPS- COMBINED STUDIES

From September 2 through November 18, our regular men’s groups will combine into a single men’s study, and our women’s groups will combine into a single women’s study. The studies will include Bible study, prayer, and fellowship and will meet at Grace Community Church on alternating Wednesday evenings from 6:45–9:30 p.m. The men’s study will begin September 2, and the women’s study will begin September 9.

The men will study “Discipleship in All of Life,” and the women will study “Undistracted Devotion.”

CHURCHWIDE PRAYER SERVICES

Our next churchwide prayer services will be on Wednesday, October 21 from 7-8:45 PM and Saturday, October 24 from 8-9:45 AM. No childcare is provided and no registration required. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Brandon Cantu at brandoncantu1085@gmail.com .

REFORMATION HYMN SING

Please mark your calendars for a GCC hymn sing on October 25th at 5 PM. As a way to celebrate the Reformation, we will sing "Songs of Reformation" which extol the wonderful doctrines of God's grace with a fellowship to follow.

ADULT CHOIR OPPORTUNITY

We are excited to announce Adult Choir will begin on October 12 and run through December 7. Rehearsals will take place from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday evenings.

All GCC members between the ages of 17 and 100+ are welcome to join (if you have a youth in grades 7-12 that is interested in youth choir you can email Caroline at songbirdcrh@gmail.com for information on our youth choir). There is a $10 fee to cover the cost of music and equipment. If this is not within your budget we will gladly work with you.

The total amount raised so far in the Legacy of Grace- Phase 3 Capital Campaign is $597,976. The campaign began on 9/29/24, and the amount raised is accurate as of 8/23/26. For more information on this building project, click here.

Community Groups are one of the primary ways we build meaningful relationships at GCC. These geographically based groups meet in homes on the 2nd and 4th weeks of each month and are open to all ages. They are designed to foster fellowship, encouragement, service, and cross-generational relationships within the church.

We currently have men's and women's Bible studies on alternating Wednesdays. They are connected to each of the community groups, though currently (through November 18) all groups are meeting at the church on their coorelated men's or women's group night. PRAYER FOR MISSIONARIES

Every Sunday morning, from 7:30-8:00 AM, a group of individuals comes together to pray for our missionaries in The 5th & 6th Grade room. No sign-up or formal commitment is required.
