    JOHN 14:25-31

    “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.”

     

    John 10:27-29

    “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.”

     

    I. The Way of Affirmation (14:25-26)

    II.  The Way to Peace (14:27)

    A. The peace of God

    1. God’s peace is other worldly
    2. The world is filled with uncertainty
    3. The soul that trusts in God has rest!

    Hebrews 13:5-6

    Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” So that we may boldly say, ‘The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.”
