Church Prayer - Sunday Mornings

Do you have a need for prayer? Do you desire to pray for the needs of the ministry and our community? Then join us every Sunday morning in the sanctuary at 8:15 and 10:15 a.m. The group is open to all.

All-Church Memory Verses

The church has joined with the children's ministry as they learn to memorize Bible verses in their Sunday classes. July's verse is another burst of praise to God. Psalm 89:1

"I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever; With my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations."

Five-Buck Youth Event: This Saturday, 9 a.m. - Noon

Park Day at Bicentennial Park Pavilion

Middle and high school students (entering 6th grade thru 12th grade) are invited to this $5 event featuring games, food, and fellowhip. Lunch and plenty of water will be provided. Sign-up and payment are required, available in the Youth Room upstairs or at the Information Booth.

Children's Ministry Meeting - Sunday, Aug. 4

Quarterly meeting - after the 10:30 Bible Study

Current and future volunteers are invited to this planning and vision meeting. So, if you have sensed the Lord calling you to serve in the Nursery/Children's Ministry, plan on attending.

Summerific Tour Concludes - Friday, Aug. 9, 6 p.m.

Nacho Bar & Talent Show

Meeting at Main Street Park (200 N. Main St.), let's celebrate the end of summer with a Nacho Bar. Meat, cheese, chips, and nacho sides will be provided by the church. You are asked to bring a dessert to share with everyone. Let's look forward to a time of great fellowship and seeing some in our congregation share their talent given by God.

*Talent Show entry forms are available at the Information Booth in the lobby.

Water Baptism - August 25, 6 p.m.

We will be hosting a church water baptism Sunday, August 25, 6 p.m. at the city reservoir. If you would like to be baptized, pick up an information packet with a self-addressed, stamped envelope at the information booth.

The worship ministry needs singers and musicians for both services. If the Lord is speaking to you to serve in worship, please fill out an Info Sheet and you will be contacted.

Our operating hours are Sundays beginning at 8 a.m. and run until shortly after the last service. It is closed during services.

Facilitating fellowship within the church by serving a variety of coffee drinks & frappes. Solid Ground's mission is to serve locally & reach globally. All profits are supporting the Gospel Mission of Operation Christmas Child.

Cash and credit cards are accepted. Small bills are appreciated.

Tithes & Offerings

We encourage our church family to give their tithes and offerings in these ways:

1) Bill pay through your bank

2) Using one of our pre-printed tithe envelopes that are designed for the postal service.

3) Placing them in one of the tithe boxes located throughout the church.

4) Dropping them off by the church office during regular business hours Monday through Friday.

New Visitors

Are you visiting us...do you have a prayer need? After you have looked at the information found within our bulletin, you might have some questions about Calvary, or a prayer request. Please take the time to fill out an information sheet and drop it in a tithe box.
