Ownership Class
All those desiring to pursue “ownership” in this local congregation are invited to attend special ownership preparation classes! We used to say “membership” classes, but there is a difference in our world as to the way we involve ourselves in the mission of God when we We used to say “membership” classes, but there is a difference in our world realize that each of us have been called to own the mission. Members at a gym, for example, may communicate to the “front-desk” a problem with the drinking fountain– hoping that their dues will pay for the repair. Owners of the gym bypass the reporting of a problem and as we live and grow to be Christ’s Church! instead help to solve the problem. That is our call together– to own the mission of God as we live and grow to be Christ’s Church!
Baptism Class
Along with the reception of new "owners," we are also going to celebrate Pentecost Sunday (May 19th) with a baptismal service! All those desiring to be baptized or to confirm the waters of their baptism are invited!
