The Minnesota Conference office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in the secretarial department. This position will provide assistance and support to the vice president for administration, while focusing on the mission of the conference and emphasizing teamwork. We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning how to use various kinds of software. Openness to learning new things and being a team player are a must. The Minnesota Conference office is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Junior Accountant to work in the Treasury department. This position will provide assistance and support to the vice president of finance and the associate treasurer while focusing on the mission of the conference and emphasizing teamwork. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage50 (Peachtree), Microsoft Dynamics GP, or other similar programs is a must; prefer 1-2 years accounting experience, and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field with at least 12 semester hours of accounting courses, including intermediate accounting.
