Confirmation Vote Service

May 4th, FWC will be hosting a Confirmation Meeting. Immediately following the morning service, all "members" will stay to vote to confirm Tim Goble as Pastor of Family Worship Center. The Pastor Search Team and the Leadership Team unanimously agreed to move forward to call him as our Pastor.

The vote will be with cards. You will write either "YES" or "NO" on the card. Only members of FWC will be able to vote. The cards will then be counted and reported immediately to the members present Then reported to the church at the next service, May 11th. An affirmative vote of 80% of the "members present" shall be necessary for the Pastor hire.

Nursery Worker Needed at CR!

Celebrate Recovery is looking for another Nursery Worker. Please contact Donna Wagner for Details.

Every Monday from 6 pm - 8 pm. Ages babies thru 4 yrs old

This is a paid position and a background check is needed. Please pray that we find a 2nd worker now.

Tim Goble is returning!

Mother's Day can be a difficult time for individuals who have lost their mothers or don't have a mother figure in their lives. Family Worship Center would like you to join us for support, fellowship and a great deal of love.

Senior Center Bingo

Family Worship Center hosts bingo at the Cadiz Senior Center on the 1st Tuesday of the month. This month's scheduled day is May 6th at 12 pm - 2 pm!

Play Bingo with the Seniors and build relationships with our seniors in the community. You will be blessed by being a blessing!

Wednesday Night Bible Study

Come join us at Family Worship Center at 6 pm as Gary & Bobbie Gossett will be leading our Wednesday Bible Study for the month of May! They will be leading through Dr. Dale Yerton's book, "Foundation Truth". Join us every Wednesday Night.

What is tithing?

Tithing (10%) is an act of worship, faith, and obedience to God, as well as a way to support the church and its activities.

The practice of tithing originates in the Old Testament, where it was a commandment for Israelites to give a tenth of their harvest, crops, and livestock for the support of the priests, the temple, and the poor.

(Leviticus 27:30)

What are Offerings?

Offerings are given above the tithe amount to help support specific ministries, events, and projects that the church supports.

There are a few ways to give at Family Worship Center:

The offering plate is passed during the morning service, Offering Box by welcome center, mail your donations, bank draft and online.
Children's Ministry needs you!!

The Children's Ministry is ready for your kids!! Babies through 5th grade!

The lessons are prepared for you ahead of your time to serve. The children stay in big church through music worship then back to class.

Depending on the number of volunteers, the rotation to serve could be once a month or 6 weeks.

If you would like to volunteer to help with the Children's Miinistry, on a rotatioin basis, please contact Theresa Allen.

Hospitality Team

The Hospitality Team is essential for our church to fulfill our vision of connecting with others, life and community transformation and serving as Christ did. They welcome everyone who enters a service or event with a smile and kind word.

We are forming a Hospitality Team at Family Worship Center and we need you!

Responsibilities will be greeting, setting up and serving coffee and water, visitor cards and boxes, distributing bulletins and other documents, etc.

Celebrate Recovery Needs

Celebrate Recovery is for everyone! And you can find a place to serve at CR! Here are some ways to serve...

CR Meal, Celebration Place (children's precovery), The Landing (teen precovery), Nursery (paid positioin), tech team, greeting, testimony, lessons, small group facilitator, and more!!
