Are you 55 and older and would like to explore parts of our great city? On Saturday, April 28, we are going to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science to see the Dead Sea Scrolls and the film Jerusalem at the IMAX. The cost is $15 per person and we have 4 tickets still available. We will meet at the church at 10am to carpool/caravan. You will need to register at the Information Booth to reserve your tickets. Additional money will be needed that day for lunch.

We are a 50+ age group who meet the fourth Sunday of the month for a Bible Study and Potluck. Our next gathering is this Sunday, April 22 at 1:15pm in the Multipurpose Room.

On Saturday, May 5 at 6:30pm, we are throwing a baby shower for Alternative Pregnancy Center during our Girls Night Out. There are specific items they collect for their layette or "baby shower in a bag." You can pick up a list at the Information Booth. If you would like to participate, please bring the items that night. Ladies, join us for this special themed night. There will be food, a short message and great fellowship. Hope to see you there!

Would you like to be a part of Horizon's Social Media Team? Do you have gifts and talents in Web Management and Social Media? Would you like to use them in service to the Lord? Then sign up at the Information Booth. This part-time, paid position is a remote position but would require attending a monthly meeting to discuss future events and their promotions. Want to be part of the worship team at Horizon Christian Fellowship? It is a fun and rewarding ministry. If God has gifted you with musical or technical talent, we want you to be able to use it for His glory! Prayerfully consider your involvement and then sign up at the Information Booth. Do you have a passion for gardening? Do you have an interest in overseeing Horizon's Community Garden? Some of the responsibilities would be to coordinate the registration of individuals to garden plots, maintain the garden's appearance and pathways, facilitate volunteer garden maintenance activities and monitor the watering of the gardens. If you are called to oversee the gardens, please sign up at the Information Booth.

Join us on Wednesdays for our new series "Christian Hope in Time of Trial," a study of I Peter. Come out at 5:30pm and enjoy dinner before the study. The donation of $3 per person for dinner supports a ministry of Horizon. This is a great time of fellowship and the study of His Word.
