Last Sunday, Aug 16 our Attridge Ministry staff, welcome teams, and the tech team met in person for our Corporate Worship service and prepared for our upcoming re-gathering this Sunday, Aug 23 @ 10:00am. We look forward to welcoming you in a way that is spiritually meaningful and complying with the Provincial Health guidelines.

The weekly video service "Summer of Soul Care" will continue alongside our gatherings until the end of August. We will continue to prepare to livestream our services starting in Sept. Due to the many volunteers and financial resources needed to livestream, we are carefully discerning the process for implementation. We believe the shift to livestreaming will better position us to adapt to government regulations and will be able to gather with varying sized groups in a much easier way during the pandemic as well as ongoing ministry afterwards.

Our re-gathering plan is:

• • Aug 23 and Aug 30 - Gatherings will be open to those who sign up weekly using Church Center (max.150 people to comply with Provincial guidelines). Weekly guidelines will be stated as part of the registration process since guidelines for gathering (eg. wearing masks) can change quickly. Registrations will be open on Church Center on Tuesdays at 11:00am.

  • Sept 6 and afterwards - Livestream and gathering for those who sign up using Church Center.

Further considerations:

• As restrictions lift, we hope to have some options for children’s ministry. However, with current restrictions we will be continuing online ministry for GroveKids.
• Welcome area and coffee will not be available.
• Social distancing and all government guidelines will be required. The weekly registration process will clearly state the expectations for entering the building.
• Other weekly ministries are still discerning potential start dates. These will vary based on type of ministry, age of participants, etc.
