The goal of Red Tub Day is to provide children in foster care with Christmas gifts that will make them feel loved and valued as well as to provide year-long support for foster and adoptive families. When you take a red tub for a child, we ask you to spend a total of $250 for Christmas. $125 will go for gifts and the rest will go to Memphis Family Connection Center to provide counseling and support for foster and adoptive families. The tubs will be given to the children at a Christmas party in early December. Stop by the Handprints table in the lobby today to get your red tub or find out how you can help at the Christmas party! All tubs are due back to the church lobby by December 1st.
