The 2014 Progressive Women’s Conference will be held on Friday, October 17, and Saturday, October 18. Special Guests will be conference speaker, Chrystal Evans Hurst, author of Kingdom Woman, workshop speaker, Brenda Zamorano, and Gospel solo artist, Anita Wilson.

15th Annual New Members Program: On Sunday, November 9, our New Members Program will take place during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. All members who have joined Progressive since November 2013 are encouraged to participate. On New Members Sunday, the choir will consist of new members. Please consider being a part of the New Members Choir on that day. We look forward to a great New Members Program!

New Members Choir Rehearsal: The New Members Choir is for all members who have joined Progressive since November 2013. Rehearsals are Thursday, November 6, at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 8, at 11:00 a.m.

“The SHOCK” Reviving a City, is a quarterly inter-congregational revival service which draws many congregations together for worship, praise and prayer, and are a source of great inspiration. This month’s gathering is entitled ‘UNITY’ and is being held at Quail Lakes Baptist Church in Stockton on Sunday, September 21, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pastor Curtis Smith from Destiny Christian Center will be the speaker.

The PrimeTime Senior Adults Fellowship is having a Seniors’ Bowling Day on Thursday, October 9, at the West Lane Bowl, 3900 West Lane, Stockton. Bowling begins at 9:30 a.m., the cost is $2.50 per person per game, and the bowling shoes are free. Seniors who are unable to bowl are invited to come out and join in the fellowship.
