Adult Education class meets today immediately following Worship Service in the Fellowship Hall. Today's lesson is entitled "Believing The Gospel (Self-Assessment: Orphans vs Children)." All are invited to join!

On Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 9 am to 4 pm, we are going to have a Couple Check Up marriage seminar at Long Island Alliance Church. We will be partnering with Michelle and Sam Park of the Sycomore of the C&MA along with some of our Alma Alumni presenters and support team for a wonderful seminar from 9am-4pm. Sam is the pastor of the Sycomore and Michelle is a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate at Redeemer Counseling in Manhattan. She is also a certified Prepare-Enrich instructor.

This is for all couples who are interested in strengthening communication skills and conflict management. You and your friends are invited to register for this weekend—you do not need to be an Alma Alumni. All married, engaged, and seriously dating couples are welcome.

The cost for the seminar is 25.00 per couple (please make all checks out to “The Sycomore” and write “Couple Check Up” in the notes section). There is an additional cost for taking the online assessment in preparation for the seminar (please take advantage of the discounted rate).

The annual GFC Retreat will take place May 22-25 at Harvey Cedars Bible Conference in Long Beach Island, NJ. The GFC Picnic will take place August 1 at Merrill Park in Woodbridge, NJ. More details to come soon.

The GFC Community Center is open to Jr. High students in 5th-8th grade weekdays from 3pm-6pm. Students receive help on homework, character-building lessons as well as sports activities, games, and mentoring. To sign up contact Jesse Eng.

High School Hangout happens every Friday night, from 6-8pm. Bible studies, games, and sports are just some of the things available on Fridays. Our teens also go on retreats throughout the year, participate in basketball and volleyball tournaments, and much more! For more info., email Jesse Eng.
