You’ll want to be sure to mark your calendar and save the date as we look forward to celebrating 30 years of ministry in Moreno Valley on May 27, at 7:00 p.m., in the sanctuary! We’ll be taking a look back at the many things God has accomplished in and through the ministry of CCMV over the past 3 decades. Celebrating with us will be special musical guests Pastor Holland Davis and the Gutierrez Brothers, as well as our own worship team; we’ll then close the evening with a dessert fellowship in the courtyard. Whether you’ve attended Calvary since its inception or have been attending for just a few weeks or months, we’d love to have you join us as the CCMV family commemorates this landmark event!

Flag Day

Join us Thursday, June 7, at 7:00 p.m., in the sanctuary for the final part of “How to Effectively Share Your Faith” series. We will be discussing the topics of how to start a conversation and handling objections.
Community Baccalaureate Service
CCMV Youth Ministries and CCCS are co-sponsoring a Baccalaureate Service for all seniors who will be graduating from the various high schools in our community on Tuesday, May 29, at 7 p.m., in the sanctuary. Seniors, parents, family and friends are welcome to join us for a student-led time of worship, testimonies, scripture, and prayer. A special guest speaker will also be on hand to share his heart with the graduating seniors. Please RSVP to the church office at (951) 485-6080.
Baptism & BBQ
Everyone is invited to join us for our first all church baptism here at CCMV on Sunday, August 24 at 5:30 p.m. We will be barbecuing hot dogs, please bring a side-dish in a disposable container to share. We will fellowship up on the amphitheater grass area, so be sure to bring your lawn chairs. If you are going to be baptized, we ask that you please dress modestly!
VBS Worship Team
If you are between the ages of 10 and 14 and love to worship, we are currently looking for those who want to serve in our 2013 KINGDOM ROCK VBS Worship Team! VBS Crew Volunteers
It is time to get this year’s VBS crew leaders ready! We are in need of 30-40 volunteers who can commit to the entire week of VBS, June 20-24, 2016. Please sign up at the Activities Table on Sunday.
Young Men's Retreat
All young men from ages 18-28 are invited to join us for a weekend getaway, July 6-8. We will be enjoying a fantastic time at Hurkey Creek Campground in Idyllwild. You must provide your own sleeping arrangments (tents, tent-trailers, and RVs-there are no hook-ups). Restrooms and quarter operated shower facilities are available. The cost is $50 - a $10 deposit will hold your spot. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. You can sign up at the Activities Table, the church office or on-line. You will need to provide your own transportation.
Husband and wives, never has their been such a time where marriages are under attack! Come join us the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month as we seek God’s plan for marriages. For the month of January will be meeting for the first time on Friday, January 23, 2015, 7:00 p.m., in room 201/202 in the school building
Calvary Kids Volunteers
Have you been praying about where to serve the Lord? We are now taking sign-ups for those who desire to serve the Lord in our Children’s Ministry on Sundays. We are looking for those who can make a 3-month commitment from July-September.
Qualifications for serving include: a 6-month history of actively attending CCMV, a clear background check, as well as a current ministry questionnaire on file. Please contact our Calvary Kids director, Ivett Martinez, for more information at imartinez@ccmoval.org

Are you need of a loving, safe and fun place for your children to spend their summer while you’re at work? Calvary offers a Summer Daycare for kids from 4 years old through sixth grade.
Our program offers a wonderful Christian environment with various activities like Bible studies, arts & crafts, sports, games, movies and a weekly “Water Day!” The program will be in session for 9 weeks and runs from June 25 to August 24.
Children can be dropped off at 6:30 a.m. and stay till 6 p.m. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $40 per child; full time attendance is $150 per week and part-time (3 or less days per week) attendance is $125 per week. Call the school office at, 485-6088 for more information.
