Karen has over 33 years leadership experience, with clinical management and program development in the child welfare and juvenile justice sector serving children, families and adults. Dr. Bergstrom provides executive coaching as a licensed Townsend Leadership Director. Her private practice specializes in families. She is a favorite conference speaker and staff development trainer and has consistently served on non-profit boards.
