Deacon Nomination Form

NOMINATIONS CLOSE 9/20/20!

Please keep the following considerations in mind before nominating someone:

1) Deacons need to have attended Calvary: the Hill for at least 6 months.

2) Since home groups are the primary place where diaconal gifting and calling would be visible, we recommend that deacon nominees be committed and involved in a home group.
